Cornwall Medicals are now offering a range of consulting rooms to hire on a regular ad hoc basis.
Based on Lemon Street, Truro we are ideally placed in a large Georgian Villa at the centre of the city with easy access to bus & train connections and car parks.
All rooms are on the ground floor, professionally presented and ideally suited for medical & allied health practitioners.
Each practitioner has the use of our communal kitchen and shared waiting areas.
Available to hire by the half day session, full day session or a longer term basis.
Receptionist cover on Tuesdays, Thursdays and at weekends.
Rates from £35 to £45/4hr session without reception cover and £50 to £60/4hr session with reception cover.

Our large ground floor Treatment Room is spacious and airy with adjustable treatment couch, consultation furniture, secure storage and some physiotherapy equipment.

Our second largest, ground floor consulting room is equipped with adjustable treatment couch, consultation furniture & further facilities.
Consulting Room 1
Our largest ground floor Consulting Room is spacious and airy. Equipped with adjustable treatment couch, consultation furniture, secure storage and some physiotherapy equipment.
Counselling Room
Our ground floor counselling room has a less formal feel, with a calm, private and welcoming atmosphere.
Consulting Room 2
Our medium sized ground floor Consulting Room is equipped with professional consultation furniture and secure storage. Ideal for health care practitioners & therapists.
